Home office station evaluation

During each session, the main aspects to be taken into consideration when setting up one’s office workstation, whether at home or in the company, are introduced and explained. The main objective is to protect one’s body against the overload outcomes to which we are subjected for many hours a day. Then, through a live view of the client’s workstation, potential adaptations are suggested, taking into consideration the anthropometric characteristics of each person and their kind of job.

What do you need?

An excellent internet connection, preferably on a smartphone, tablet or PC equipped with a camera, so that your workstation can be clearly visible from several points of view by the physiotherapist.
Measurements: it is important to establish the correct dimensions of the objects we use, the spaces we are in and what surround us, in order to adapt them to our needs.

Office gymnastics

Together with the physiotherapist, an exercise plan is agreed upon to be carried out entirely during one’s work activity, based on the job type and time available. Assistance is provided to identify which postures can be taken during the workday, to prevent disorders due to overload. Simple and practical exercises, that can be done while working, are also elaborated.
